Join us on April 17 & 24 from 6:30PM – 8:00 PM for a Strength & Stretch Class led by Miss Brittany — an essential training session designed to help dancers feel strong, mobile, and competition-ready!

Strength and flexibility training are key components of a dancer’s development. This class will focus on building core stability, improving flexibility safely, increasing control, and preventing injuries — all while enhancing overall performance quality on stage.

The session will incorporate elements of Pilates, which Miss Brittany is certified in, drawing from her extensive professional experience to help dancers develop proper alignment, strength, and body awareness. These techniques support cleaner technique, stronger extensions, better balance, and improved endurance — everything dancers need as we head into competition season.

This is the perfect opportunity to refine your training, reset your body, and prepare to perform at your very best. 💫
