I’m Barre classes at Elite have been on hold while I was pregnant and then welcoming my baby girl in September — and now I’m so excited to be back!

I’m offering a Mom & Baby Barre Class on April 23 at 11:00 AM.

This class will feature your favourite barre/Pilates-inspired exercises that are postpartum- and baby-friendly.

Bring your baby, wear your baby, feed your baby — whatever makes you feel comfortable. This is a fun, supportive way for us (yes, me too!) to get moving and connect with other moms.
